Dance: Movement of the body in a rhythmic way, usually to music and within a given space, for the purpose of expressing an idea or emotion, releasing energy, or simply taking delight in the movement itself.
Natalie Moser founded the yoga and mindfulness theme of PRANAbundance in 2015 to hold virtual and physical space for the cultivation of yoga, breath and mindfulness. She believes that the world will be a better place if both children and adults alike can take time to integrate their minds, bodies and spirits.
